I just bought the HTC Thunderbolt and I also bought the extended battery. Does anyone know where I can buy a protective case made for the Thunderbolt that will protect the entire back of the phone including the extended battery? I'm not looking for a leather pouch that completely closes, I'm looking for either a hard case or a silicon case that protects the sides and back of the phone only. Any help would be great!
I just got the extended battery too and I haven't yet been able to find any cases. I'm looking for a hard case or for something like ZAGG protective shield.
Seriously, why don't they think these things through. Don't they know that people who buy extended batteries would want cases too....HELLO!
I would like a choice of cases that accommodate the extended batt as well.

Nodak@ That is the POUCH not the CASE. The pouch you can get it from Verizon store. I mentioned on other thread the Droid X pouch fits thunderbolt extended batt phone well around $25, no shipping, better quality and can return if you don't like it, but not Ebay
There's a bunch of silicone cases available for the ThunderBolt. However, none with the extended battery.
Here's the reason why. It's never the same company that makes the cover. They might not even know the extended battery exists. The phone came out a few weeks ago, the covers as well ,and the battery the same. Give it some time, and they will deliver.

It does seem like they just factory cut a regular case and made room for the battery.. SO.. your extended battery is "behind naked".. :) But some like it that way, some don't care.. and some must cover their behind, so they would rather wait.. :)

Hey guys, I came across this great website www.CustomHTCcase.wordpress.com that manufactures hard rubber covers for the HTC Thunderbolt's with the extended batteries. I just received mine today and the fit is dead on. They are only asking for $14.99 vs some of the other competitors I've found like HTCpedia.com who sells what appears to be the exact cover for $24.99!!!! Hope this post helps you guys out!
