&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve noticed that when I receive a call from anyone, the area code is prepended regardless of whether or not I&amp;#39;m in the same area code. It&amp;nbsp;does&amp;nbsp;this for &amp;nbsp;all of my contacts that I have not explicitly added the area code to their numbers. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This causes the phone to display &amp;quot;Unknown&amp;quot; as the caller. I didn&amp;#39;t have this happen with my prior two phones. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there any way to turn&amp;nbsp;stop this from happening? Sure, I could change all of my contacts&amp;#39; numbers but I shouldn&amp;#39;t have to go that route.&lt;/p&gt;
