Hey @Fozan,

That is definitely strange for your phone to be acting that way; I have some steps you can try that may resolve your problem though.

On your Phone’s Home Screen, drag your notification bar down and tap the Settings gear icon. Next, tap Sound and try unchecking the option named “Flip for Speaker”.  This feature when enabled allows you to flip your phone over facing down to automatically turn on your speaker phone and may be the cause of your speaker phone problem, depending on how you hold your phone.

Give that a try Fozan and shoot us a reply back with your results! 

I am having the exact same problem.  I tried the "flip for speaker", but this did not resolve the issue.  Any other ideas?

If you haven’t tried yet, turn your phone off as you normally would, remove the battery for approximately 60-90 seconds and then power it back on; once your phone is on again, make a call to test if the problem still there. Give those steps a try and shoot us a reply back with your results!

My phone was also going directly to speaker every time I answered a call, for about 2 weeks. it stopped mysteriously at the same time the car panel would pop on without me even touching the phone these  problems were making me crazy- no "fix" would help.  I am glad they stopped but I always wonder what will I do if it starts again?  Suffer through?  This Insipre 4G  is quirky to say the least- stuck until may 2013.
