I do everything it says to tell me but my laptop cant get on the internet using the wifi hotspot feature. Underneath the turn on button when it is turned on it says no mobile network but i dont know what else to do.

well first you have to make sure your wireless connection on your phone is active click menu, settings, wireless and networks scroll down to mobile networks to make sure its checked then you have to  be rooted search the web on your phone for the root called z4 root apk download you should find it easily then you have to go to the market and download wireless tether for wifi users. hope this helps
