  • I buy this thing for my wife... the 1st one i buy has issues with the pages of a book flipping from page one to the end of the book.. this happened repetedly. So i take it back to best buy to trade it for a new one. The new one worked for exactly 15 days.. ONE day after the Best Buy warranty expires.. so they turn their back on me and tell me to send it in to the factory for warranty. I follow all the guidelines and GUESS WHAT?? I get a call from the warranty people and it'll cost ME $120 to fix this machine that i just paid $500 for and used approximately 3 times..the USB plug broke. so its considered abuse rahter than a factory defect... Well, I've purchased my last HTC product.. I will spread this story around the globe in hopes to get my money's worth of people NOT buying this product or ANY HTC product.

  • well done

  • I have had ongoing problems with my Flyer. The last time I spoke with someone in tech support, she was very nasty and not at all helpful. Now, I've hit problem # 4; I have a problem recharging because the charger won't stay in place. If they don't fix this (i.e., replace the f**ker), I'll go to the Better Business Bureau (not generally of much use) and work my way up from there.

The odd thing is that I have not had any problems with my HTC Android cellphone, but I've had nothing but trouble with this tablet.

  • The same thing happened to me with the USB port... their defective

  • Same thing happened to me with the USB port it's broken as well
