I am sorry for my English but will try.I have a lot problems with my phone. the first I couldn't charge
my phone . it shows that it is charging but battery level went down. then I have to wait a few hours
to charge my phone. my phone gets really warm all the time. I send it to HTC for repair. They fixed charging problem but phone gets warm again. After repair I noticed that my browser doesn't work well and some games doesn't go smooth. when I opened my internet I couldn't highlight address bar. if I want to type address I have to delete all address bar or hold and then I see three option select all, copy and paste. I have to use select all to highlight the bar. I send mi phone to HTC again and after repair the problem is the same. I call to HTC and they told me that's is the way that they go now. is is true? I don't think so. hope you understand. please help.thanks
Hi Jerry, sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with
the charging on your phone; that definitely does sound frustrating!
Do you have the case/ticket number from your most
recent contact with our customer service? I’d love to look into this further

Ticket #: 12USD370003804 Serial #: HT19HVP00369
Ticket #: 12USD380004827 Serial #: HT19HVP00369
Thank you very much.
BROWSER still work the same, when I click/touch on the address bar, I just get the single cursor.
Thanks for responding back with that information Jerry! Do
you experience the same behavior in any internet browsers, even the downloaded
browsers through the Google Play Store app on your phone? If you haven’t tried another browser, it may
be worth trying to help narrow down what may be causing that behavior for you.
You can also download apps directly through the Android Market’s website at http://bit.ly/rinyCV ; just log in with your
google account that’s associated with your phone and you can queue apps to be
downloaded. When your phone is next connected to a Wi-Fi network or your data
plan, the apps will be automatically downloaded and installed to your phone.
Give those steps a try and shoot us a reply back with your
results; hope this helps Jerry! :)
