I have noticed that my  wife's Amaze 4g always goes into car mode when she plugs it into her usb cable but if she uses mine it doesn't. Why would it do this? It doesn't charge while it is in car mode. I have to touch the notice and then it just goes away. How to i stop this from happening and not have to buy another usb cable?

Hi, @Jesusfreak! Is the cable your wife normally uses the original that came with her phone? If it's not, or if it is damaged, that could definitely be causing the issue. I suggest you contact Customer Support at 866-449-8358 between 6 AM and 1 AM Eastern to arrange for the cable to be replaced. Thanks!
