I got this phone on black friday and I updated. i went to Settings>Software updates> check now. It said there was an update. I downloaded the update and installed it. after i installed it the skin chooser force-closes ever time. When i try to edit my contacts> select photo from(click Photo)> gallery> I choose gallery and choose a photo for my contact but before i get to crop the part of the picture it sends me back to the gallery. 

I told HTC but they have not updated it yet i guess. Any suggestions other than factory reset and avoid the update? The update itself said something about being a critical security update or something along those lines.
