I am so embarrassed at this point by the lack of professionalism of both HTC and Verizon. What in the world is wrong with the communication between these two companies that they can't seem to figure out how to handle the ICS update. The Verizon community forum for the Rezound is full of a lot of bitter people that are really, really upset with Verizon. And the forum on here has disappeared. Such a mess!
Totally unaceptable! The Rezound forum is gone from the list. We were promised ICS and didn't get it but hopefully will before the end of July. I think they just removed the forum to fix the problem with people complaining. Verizon is too busy pushing the RAZAR to spend any time working with HTC. I have been barred from the forum for no reason. It tells me I already have an account with my email and yet I cannot log in with it? What the heck is going on? Its been down for months. I can't text message anyone using the stock keyboard because of a bug so I'm waiting for an update for this and a few other bugs... Oh well

The phone (my third) is a piece of crap with ICS. Unstable, slow,a total
failure. Tried my friend's i-phone 5 and was totally blown away...smooth, very fast, and EASY TO USE!
BUILT NICELY AS WELL...! ANDROID SUCKS!
HTC has been having "technical difficulties for many months now.
