I wanted to start a thread to discuss and explain the cause of an issue that I'm not only experiencing myself, but have concluded is a common issue amongst a small percentage of other Evo Shift owners. what do i do if clicking the trackball while the factory wipe reset option is highlighted does nothing? i have to do this with the buttons, and when i reach that i can scroll but it won't do anything when i click on it??????

mine is frozen also... I have tried twice now... it should not take over 2 hours to download this file... something is wrong...

The update for 2.2 is taking forever... It says I have 12 hours. Is this normal? Normally my computer is very fast when it comes to downloads even of this size.

I got my Aria in July. Recently when it lost the 3G network and I tried to reboot the phone, it freezes at a white screen with text indicating "bootloader, reboot, power down, ... ". I'm supposed to choose one of the options to continue but the volume keys and the power key don't generate...

Help, my phone is only a month old and quirky. The latest thing is that the touchscreen has gone totally unresponsive, can't even power it off. I took out the battery hoping it would reset but it remained locked and frozen. This is very aggravating on a supposed high end phone. Help me please.

My phone's screen won't unlock when I press the menu key. It is completely unresponsive to the menu key, so I can't even turn the phone off/on or reset it. The screen is black except for a few seconds when I plug in the power cord or take it out. Suggestions? Help? PLEASE? Much appreciated...
