Since HTC refuses to update its customers about the loss of bluetooth voice dialing post-ICS update I will no longer be supporting HTC or also pointing family and friends to other manufacturers.  I found an app, it's a bit clunky but it works, called Voice Control (Full).  They offer a test version as well with a limited license if you would like to test it first.  I have had the app a few days and it works just as well as the Gingerbread bluetooth voice dial.  Granted, I have only used it for dialing, not nav or texting.  It was $1.99 for the full version.
