i will just be using the phone and periodically it will just go to the big X you see at startup. None of the keys will work. I have to take the battery out, wait, install the battery and see if it will start. It usually does but the problem is getting worse. I am beginning to think it is a heat problem since it does it much worse with the silicon case on it.
