My HTC Incredible regularly freezes, several times a week. These require either a soft reset, or a battery pull. It also suffers from random soft resets, it does this on its own at least once a day, sometimes several times a day, this also includes reboots at night, but not the same as the reported reboot loops people have at 2AM. 

I have had to pull the battery many times to reset from a system freeze, and TWICE now the battery pulls have resulted in a HARD RESET to my phone, requiring a complete system restore!

There is no water damage, and moderate external wear from 2+ years of use. I am a very heavy phone user, and regularly rack up 3-4 GB of data, and listen to play a fair amount of media and web browsing, etc on the phone.

This is not acceptable! These issues only arose after the 4.08.605.15 system release.

I am seriously considering not ever buying HTC again! And past attempts as support for other issues have been disappointing at best.... this company used to be better than this!

Not trying to be a troll, just EXTREMELY frustrated with my phone which I have been mostly happy with, having issues that make it nearly impossible to rely on.
