My new Incredible was syncing just fine with Outlook through the company Exchange Server. Saturday there was a big system update on the phone and now I cannot sync my work email and calendar. Any ideas? I have checked all the settings and they have not changed, that I can see.
Any update on this problem? I'm having the same issue!
I have found this to happen on occasion between updates, or if the phone suddenly crashes or is force closed by some random crap app. Usually if I remove the account and set it up again all works as expected.
The solution I found was to set "Resolve Conflict" to "Replace items on phone". Once I did that I have not had a hitch.
