Powers up to factory defaults, all memory and apps erased

Got HTC droid incredible in June I think. Occasionally powers up wiped, no apps, "select your language", no phone memory... .I have to re-enter all my email setings and download new apps and reset everything, all pictures on phone memory gone. It has done this maybe 4 times. this time I cannot...
