When I am typing on the touch screen, with the phone on its side - in landscape mode, my "O" and "W" (and "2" and "9" numeric) keys have stopped working. I don't lose all of them at the same time. The "2" and "W" go out when I'm trying...

Perhaps I'm overly clumsy, but I've had a tendency to accidentally increase or decrease the ringer volume while picking up or holding the phone. Is there a way to lock or delay this button so that its not quite a sensitive to touches? Or is there an app to control it?
