I haven't taken mine in yet, but mine is somehow related to the camera lense. If I push on the red piece, the pictures go back to normal. You might try this and see if it is the same problem. My phone volume button is broken now. It is less than a year old and has an easy life sitting on a countertop...

I had the same issue (before my phone made it a load of laundry) and could not find the replacement anywhere. I even called HTC Customer Support, with no luck. I fear that the lens, even though indented, can be easily scratched and will more than likely scratch it again. I''ll follow this thread...

Forgive me if there is another post about this. I did a few searches and didn't see anything. My 3 week old Droid Incredible recently took a short tumble (less than 2 feet) and the little glass covering the camera now has a small crack in it. Doesn't look like it is impacting the picture quality...

My camera lens in coming off. It is sinking into the casing, and it's making the silver metal part of the circle is sharp and almost cuts me if I touch it. I'm afraid that it's going to fall off completely or that something will get into the camera and mess up the lens and will interfere...
