My have several Droid Incredibles in the office and fairly regular intervals (at least once every two weeks) they stop receiving email, only on the exchange accounts (Gmail works fine) and we receive a message "Unable to Connect to the Server." The only fix we have found is deleting the account...

My new Incredible was syncing just fine with Outlook through the company Exchange Server. Saturday there was a big system update on the phone and now I cannot sync my work email and calendar. Any ideas? I have checked all the settings and they have not changed, that I can see. thanks, rw01

The Message Format option for my Exchange Email account on the Incredible won't change from Plain Text to HTML.
