OK - So I FINALLY found out WHERE pictures and videos are stored on the HTC Droid Incredible: from the root - /emmc/DCIM/100MEDIA/filename THERE - that wasn't documented anywhere - but now you can finally use a 3rd party file manager to move your media files to your SD storage card.
