Hello. I've been trying to put the 2.2 update on my phone but it keeps saying the the battery on my phone is at less then 30% and to charge it and try again. My phone has a full charge though and I've never had any battery issues, it usually lasts just fine with no problems. Anyone know how I can get it to work?
try discharging your aria all the way, leave the power off, charge all night, then turn it on and try it.
I'm having the same problem trying to update to froyo 2.2,Error 120 main battery is low below 30%, even when the battery level meter shows its fully charged. Any other suggestions besides discharging the battery .
All the same symptoms. Does running the battery into ground and recharging do the trick? I am going to try. I do not see any confirmation of success from the prior users. I am hoping this works.
Took it down to 10% where it was red and recharged. Still did not work. : (

Loaded the synch onto a Vista machine. Still no cigar.
New Sync fixed it for me. 3.0.5579!
I was having the same problem. The way I fixed it was to make sure that you have htc sync, but make sure it is not running during this process. Connect using "mount as disc drive". Then click on the update download you have and let it run.
