I got my Aria in July. Recently when it lost the 3G network and I tried to reboot the phone, it freezes at a white screen with text indicating "bootloader, reboot, power down, ... ". I'm supposed to choose one of the options to continue but the volume keys and the power key don't generate any response from that screen. Previously I took out the battery and it fixed the problem and reboot starts anew as normal. But today it's entirely stuck no matter how I took out the battery, or use "volume down + power" keys to reset (still freeze at a similar white screen with text).

Any advice on how to get out of the freeze? Advice is much appreciated!!

This doesn't sound good... you've had it a couple of months... I don't have an Aria, but I am assuming there is a way to do a soft reset which might resolve the issue... Hopefully someone out there has experienced this and can help.  I can read the documentation but am not sure if taking the battery out is the recommended approach for a soft reset... maybe it is... I'm SURE someone will reply soon with some more assistance, if not I will look at my sons Aria when he gets home from work tonight.  Nancy
