I have downloaded the update to my computer(its an .exe) file, it took about 8 hours and now when i try to run it, it says that it is not supported, my computer has windows 7 and x64 bit, Why can't I install the update?
The file may not have been written to run on a WIN 7 Machine...check with HTC Tech Support.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and I had no problem. The program should run just fine with Windows 7.
Check the file size of your download. There is another thread with a similar problem. For some reason your file might not be complete. The full file should be around 158 MB.
