I am really frustrated because my internet does not work unless I have WiFi. I can use the browser at home, but everytime I am out, the browser does not load. It says "cannot load page, try again late blah blah" you get the point. It says to check my WiFi connection, maybe I lost cellular connection, and I know I won't have a WiFi connection. My cell plan has all the bells and whistles when it comes to the internet portion, when this occurs I have more than three bars  of 3G connection, and I still cannot get it to work. I know my connection was working because my mom called me, I called someone else, and I was receiving text. What is going on? What is wrong with this phone? I am so mad though because for one I hardly use my phone, I use my iPod Touch more for browsing when I have WiFi, but I recently dropped it in water so I use my phone now. The fact that the internet browser had worked before in the same areas, but now isn't is really weird. Anybody know what is wrong? Thanks in advance. Also, quick question on the side, can I get personal ringtones? I've read stuff, but no one has given a specific yes or no...

 Hello @yash. There are a few reasons you could be experiencing this, and some steps you can take which may get your mobile internet working.

 First, ensure that your carrier has not blocked access to mobile data and that you have an active data plan. They should be more than happy to let you know this if you contact them.

 Next, check that you have the correct APN Settings for you carrier. You may find these settings on the carrier's website, or again by contacting them directly. To adjust the APN Settings, go to Settings > Cellular and tap 'Add APN.'

 If you have access to mobile data and the correct APN settings, but are still unable to get online, soft reset the phone. Simply power it off, remove the battery for one minute, replace it, and turn the phone back on.
