Is there a way to hear the voice directions from MAPS through the car radio?
Bluetooth works for my music and phone, but not the voice instructions from MAPS.
If it's in Settings, please be specific because I think I've tried every Setting without success.
HTC Trophy (Verizon) is up to date, car's a 2012 Scion xB.
Hi @wgander! Because of the Bluetooth profiles supported by Windows Phones, audio from the Maps app cannot be played through your car stereo. Of course, you can still listen to voice-guided navigation through the phone’s speaker. You may find accessories such as an FM transmitter or small external speakers useful if you use voice directions often.

Thanks for the clarification that it is a limitation of the MAPS app, and not the phone.
I'm aware of the versions of bluetooth and didn' think that was the problem because my phone does work with my car for calls and for music..
