I have search for hrs, literally and have not gotten a straight answer. So the Question Is Can Flash Player be installed on this brick(will call it this until it shows me otherwise)
Flash Player is compatible with a browser if that is what you are looking for. I personally use SkyFire and it is completely supported. Though the install is a little tricky. Best to get the ROM from their website and install it outside the Marketplace.
N1mb1 thanks for the info, that browser is pretty good, way better than IE, still lacking lanscape , and pinch to zoom, but since it has flash that makes it 10x better than both existing browsers. and install was a breeze, I just went to the website from my phone and downloaded and installed, less than a minute.thanks.still would like if opera had flash
I thought IE in the phone will let u play flash
Not all website are setup to work with a lite version of Flash but you can certainly install on here is how:

I recently downloaded the Opera 10 Mobile (Touch) app from the opera website and found that it included flash 3.1. By default it is disabled but it is really easy to enable. After installing Opera 10 go to the settings menu in Opera 10 and choose plugins. Change it from off to On and then return to the browser.
Hello Jake,
It seems like the newest opera for mobile is the mini 5 from Opera.com. Where can I find the Opera 10 Mobile?
Thanks
Go to http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/versions/ then select "Opera 10 Mobile Touch (Windows Mobile)". Download the file and install it on your phone. Make sure to get the touch version. I've read complaints from people who say it doesn't support touch and I suspect that they didn't download the right version. It worked like a charm for me.
Will the existing opera(9.5) be removed from the device
No, HD2 or any HTC phone doesnt support flash players
Jarjar, flash works on certain webpages (I do not think facebook flash game works).
When i use "Skyfire" browser, I can play flashes.
To Krishando,
Nope, the original Opera (9.5) will still be there. I have like 4 different browsers on my HD2 currently.
IE, Opera 10 and 9.5, and Skyfire
I have downloaded the Opera 10 mobile, and gone to settings, and I do not have plug ins listed, I have

now if someone would just come up with the eazy download for tomtom gps usa maps that would work on this thing I would be happy, I have been a Ipaq and hp 6315 user for the past 7 years and a jornada before that, so would like to still be able to use tom tom on this unit, thanks in advance, and all the great info,
I too have struggled to download the flash player, but until I read this thread I did not realise the loaded version of Opera failed to support it.
Will download both "Skyfire" and "Opera 10 mobile touch" today, and post my thoughts :)
Thanks guys!
