Hey! I had a similar issue with bubble notifications on another device, it can sometimes be a settings thing. Make sure you've enabled "Bubbles" under Notifications > Conversations in your system settings, and also check if Line is allowed to show over other apps. Sometimes a quick reboot helps too.
