[問題] google play電影不能看!

使用 Google Play 影視應用程式播放影片時發生問題

1.確認您使用的是最新版 Google Play 影視應用程式。

2.重新啟動裝置。

3.如果重新啟動裝置後仍無法解決問題，請執行下列任一操作：

適用於使用網路連線串流播放影片

• 關閉 Google Play 影視應用程式，然後再重新開啟。
• 選擇其他網際網路連線 (如果有的話)，然後嘗試重新播放影片。
  注意：如果您在未連上 Wi-Fi 時下載或串流播放影片，可能需要依照數據傳輸資費方案支付額外的數據傳輸費用。
• 在裝置上前往 [設定] 選單 > [應用程式] 或 [管理應用程式] > [Google Play 影視] > [清除快取]。
• 嘗試重新播放影片。
• 如果仍無法順利播放，您可以輕觸下載圖示 嘗試下載影片。
  

適用於已下載的影片

• 開啟 Google Play 影視 ，然後前往 [我的媒體庫] (Android)，或是前往 [我的影片] 或 [我的電視節目] (iOS)。
• 輕觸影片旁邊的紅色勾選圖示 ，將影片從裝置移除。
• 在裝置上前往 [設定] 選單 > [應用程式] 或 [管理應用程式] > [Google Play 影視] > [清除快取]。
• 輕觸下載圖示 ，即可再次下載影片。

If restarting the device still does not solve the problem, please do one of the following:

Applicable to streaming videos using a network connection
Close the Google Play Movies & TV app and reopen it. ...........................................
Select a different Internet connection (if one is available) and try playing the video again. ............................................
Note: If you download or stream videos when you're not connected to Wi-Fi, you may be charged additional data charges based on your data plan.
On your device, go to the Settings menu > Applications or Manage Applications > Google Play Movies & TV > Clear Cache.
Try playing the video again. ............................................
If it still doesn't play smoothly, you can tap the download icon to try downloading the video.

Tap the red check icon next to a video to remove it from your device. ............................................
