Hello,
Sorry for posting this in English. I just encountered a problem on my PC, and I'm currently not able to make a post using Chinese.
Few weeks ago, I updated my HTC Flyer to the newest version, and I found this, which is named "NGA", in my Application settings:
The description of this app on Google Play is "blocking websites that contain porn/violence/drug abuse and promotion/gambling contents". At first, it looks quite useful since I don't browse these websites, and some of those porn-promoting pop-up ads are actually malware hosts. But, recently, I found that this app not only blocks the contents quoted above, but also harmless contents, or even Google pages, videos hosted on government websites, Youtube videos, etc.
Here's a false positive blocked by NGA:
1. Visit http://taqm.epa.gov.tw/taqm/tw/default.aspx
2. Scroll down, and you'll see "空品影音播報" on the right side.
3. If you have NGA installed on your system, you'll find out that the video embedded from youtube is blocked, replaced by a picture saying that "the site you're visiting is suspicious." (Sorry that I don't know how to take screen shots using my tablet without installing third-party app(s).)
Soon after I found that I'm NOT able to disable the content-filtering feature or uninstalling this app, which means this app is installed as a system app by the update patch.
At this point, I would like to ask HTC that, please remove this app from the system, or make this app able to be uninstalled/disabled in the next update. Thanks.
