HTC U11+的喇叭是在正面的上方及下方喔，請問您描述的「只有後面喇叭有聲音」是指哪個喇叭呢？
另外有關您描述「下喇叭可能有聲音但不清楚」的情況，若有疑慮，建議您可以將裝置帶至HTC直營客戶服務中心，由專人協助檢測。謝謝！

1.U11和U11+都一樣，只要開擴音，就只有下方喇叭有聲音哦！

Regarding the speaker problem of U11+, if there is no sound from the upper speaker when "turning on amplification", this may not be normal. Normally both speakers should work. If the sound cracks or sounds unclear, this may mean the speaker is damaged and it may be recommended to have it repaired.
