已打去客服，客服說需送修，首先先收一筆檢修費300元，再依報價收取維修費。

Home鍵突然失效並且手機找不到設定home鍵並不是只有我這支手機，網路上有許多相同受災戶，明顯是htc的問題（硬體太爛（（硬體壞掉還找得到設定吧....））或軟體問題）並不是使用者使用不當，還要跟用戶收檢測費及維修費，這合理嗎？這種處理方式太糟了，感覺被詐財.....

我家目前有2支htc,現在一支已經不能使用，另一支還要擔心不知哪時候不能用.....支持台灣品牌卻.....

One possible method is to shut down the HTC U11 and boot it into recovery mode by holding down the fnf volume down and power buttons simultaneously. From the recovery menu, select "Wipe cache partition" and confirm. This cleans up temporary system files that may be causing problems.
