[已解決] vive pro退貨可以不退錢嗎?

爛爆了 vive pro退貨 遲遲不退錢 一直說10-15天會退 都已經快兩個月了 還在跟我說10-15天會退持續追中中
是不是到明年還在跟我說10-15天會退 明天再不退就提出訴訟

退錢應該是刷退信用卡費用吧?如果過了結帳日仍收到此筆信用卡費用帳單的話,可以打電話給發卡銀行,告知此筆消費已刷退,銀行確認確實已刷退是可以不用繳的。

退貨之後打給HTC客服說10-15天會退
過了10天後再打 客服說10-15天 不是10天會退
又過了10天再打 客服說會聯絡相關單位
再過10天繼續打 客服說會加速幫處理
又過10天 客服說聯絡不到我 所以要在等10-15天 ???(直接匯款就好 聯絡我幹嘛???)
過了10天沒下文

當初說不用 直接調之前匯款帳號就行 現在又要
然後又是那一句 叫我等10-15天
真的無語了...
我想可能過了10天 又要繼續在等10天...........

一拖拖2個月,真的很誇張。網購以後還是用信用卡刷吧,退貨、退款也比較便利。

在今天每10分鐘打給客服奪命連環摳 每個都罵過一輪 終於答應明天退款 一定要搞到客服每個都認識我才甘心1950消費者保護專線要5天 告詐欺只需一天 詐欺乃公訴罪無法撤銷 等者法院見吧 惹毛我那就大家一起玩
不想當奧客 這也是你們逼得 100個抱歉也沒用 我要的很簡單只要退錢 簡單複雜化告到詐欺才會退
這麼大的公司退不出錢 而且還是台灣的htc
