The HTC One A9 is HTC's chance to demonstrate that it still has what it takes. We've had our hands on the HTC One A9 and these are our first impressions.

The camera on the HTC One A9 is perhaps the most anticipated aspect. As with many of HTC's previous devices, the HTC One A9 has the UltraPixel sensor on the front for all your selfies.

Perhaps the biggest coup for HTC is being the first to launch a Marshmallow device – aside from Google's own Nexus devices, of course.

First Impressions


The most striking thing about the HTC One A9 is the feel in the hand. It's a lovely handset. The size is good and the build quality is excellent.
From what we've seen so far, it looks like HTC has listened to some of the feedback that came out of the One M9 and looked to apply that on this new handset. In some ways there's the feeling that HTC might be trying to launch in an alternative flagship offering. Certainly, when you hold the One A9, it feels every inch a premium offering.
