Around August 26th, I submitted a refund request. I gave customer support a call to find out how the refund was going. In response, customer care said it would be handled as quickly as possible. More than a month has passed. What is the estimated duration of the delay?

I completely understand your frustration. I also applied for a refund recently, and like you, I was told it would be processed as soon as possible. It's been quite some time since my request, and I'm still waiting for updates for gepco online bill . Has anyone received their refund yet? If so, how long did it take? Additionally, I'm curious about how HTC calculates deferred payments. Are there any interest charges we should be aware of . Let's Hope We can get some clarity on this soon!
