I had a similar issue before—turns out the Infinity code was sent separately by email. Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder just in case. Also, try contacting Viveport support directly with your serial number. They should be able to help sort it out.

I had the same issue and the Infinity code was emailed separately a bit later. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case. If it’s still not there, try reaching out to Viveport support with your account details. They were helpful when I contacted them.
