Thanks for the update! I just installed the new 3.23.709.6 patch on my HTC U11, and performance does feel a bit smoother so far. Really appreciate HTC continuing to support this model, though I hope they'll keep optimizing the camera and battery life in future releases too.
On a side note, while reading through similar product discussions, I came across the qc kinetix class action lawsuit , which reminded me how important it is for companies to address user concerns promptly and transparently. Glad to see HTC handling updates in a more responsive way this time.
