Dear VIVE user,

Thank you for purchasing VIVE Pro 2.
To maintain the product at its best performance, here are some helpful tips to guide you on how to care for VIVE Pro 2.

Turn off your link box when not in use
For optimal performance, turn off the link box when you are not using your headset.
1. Press the Power button to turn the link box off. When you want to use it again, press the Power button to turn it back on.
2. To ensure that your VIVE hardware is detected, restart the VIVE Console app on your computer.
Rest your VIVE Pro 2 horizontally on a flat surface. Do not hang the headset via the headset cable.

Clean the headset lenses
Use the cleaning cloth provided in the box to wipe the headset lenses.
Important: Make sure the cloth is dry before using it to clean the lenses.

1. Wipe in a circular motion from the center to the outer edges of the lenses.
2. While cleaning the lenses, do not scratch the lenses nor disassemble other parts of the headset.

Keep the firmware up-to-date

Firmware updates for the headset may include improved functionality and bug fixes.

1. From your computer, open the VIVE Console app.
2. If a firmware update for the headset is detected, click Firmware update.
3. Click Update.
4. Check that the progress is complete.
