[問題] one max ONE MAX power flip case 無法使用

請問one max 更新到5.02後,power flip case 是不是就無法使用了??

大大更新之後重新啟動有效嗎?或者充電皮套目前外觀有膨脹之類的異常嗎MAX升5.02好像很久嚕，沒聽過這個問題

外觀都正常,換了兩個case,手機都一樣,請問你的都沒問題嗎?

不然你要不試試看 手機進入安全模式 或者RESET看看呢?

其實我也是疑惑...不知道為什麼突然不能使用了。
狀況也是幾年前的一次更新之後！
當下我還以為是因為我自己操作錯誤，更新手機軟體沒有先拿下背套電池殼。
以至於造成更新完畢後無法顯示背套電池！！
請問是否有解決方案了呢？？
背套電池殼 雖然無法使用了還是當作保護殼未取下。
求解 ＾＾～
