可以到手機的設定→應用程式→下載管理員→清除資料然後重新啟動試試看唷~~

This issue is often related to stuck language or voice packages in system services like Google Text-to-Speech or system updates. Usually it’s caused by a system language or voice service repeatedly failing to complete the download in the background.
