[問題] HTC 10 接收sms時如何設定顯示內容

請問家中兩部HTC 10 接收sms時如何設定顯示內容。 因只顯未時間日期，按下也不能顯示信息資料。

初時估係，直至有一次剛收到會有新acknowledge 由上面彈出會見到內容。

不過奇怪按信息apps會顯示沒有內容。

之後發覺其他信息也一樣。







試過後接收及送出比對方也不行。奇怪外面標題會看到內容，按下內裏看不到。
