請問您是在開啟任何遊戲時都會遇到此情形嗎？
還是只有在開啟特定程式呢？

Diagnosis:

Your PC has not run Windows Update in a long time, so long in fact that you do not have the Windows security updates required to install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.
Solution:
•        Run Windows Update, download and install all the updates,
•        Reboot,
•        then try to install
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x64 and x86 from here:

My PC too hasn't had a Windows update for quite the while now, so does it also mean that it won't be able to install visual C++? As soon as I proceeded to click here, I've become super worried. I guess that's just how it is for my computer.
