[問題] 遊玩VR後, 重開電腦會藍畫面

近日重新連接VR後, 再重開電腦就會藍畫面, 並且無返修復, 我只能重設電腦或載入backup image
已經把VR的硬件firmware更新, win10更新, steamVR和vive driver都更新了
一樣出現這個問題
重啟電腦前VR是運作正常, 都玩到遊戲
最近一次我載入image重設win10後, 再安裝vive setup檔, 去到連接基地台的步驟時, 電腦自動跳到藍畫面....

請問如何處理?

官方式copy and paste 的回答已經試過了
1.請重新連接頭戴式顯示器、串流盒及電腦上面的所有線材，並確認是否連接牢固。
2.請保持在活動空間內，避免失去連線或無法偵測。
3.確認線材是否有損壞或瑕疵。
4.確認頭戴式顯示器或串流盒是否有損壞或瑕疵。
5.重新安裝Steam VR程式，另請儘量依照預設值路徑安裝，避免Steam VR無法正常運作與驅動。

你要不要把windows system event log檔share出來, 這樣就才可以看原因是甚麼?

Windows system event log檔:
電腦管理 -> 系統工具 -> 事件檢視器 -> windows紀錄 -> 系統, 然後按mouse right key -> 將所有事件另存為..

  • 請問您開始產生這個情況時操作的流程是：
    Vive未連接電腦>重新安裝Windows 10作業系統>插上Vive及基地台電源並連結電腦>安裝設定|下載中的Vive設定精靈>在教程中的基地台設定 時出現藍屏
    請問您發生問題的順序是這樣嗎？如果不是請告知我們正確的順序

  • 您提到
    最近一次我載入image重設win10後, 再安裝vive setup檔, 去到連接基地台的步驟時, 電腦自動跳到藍畫面....
    在重新安裝Windows作業系統及設定Vive的過程中，您除了安裝Vive設定精靈外，是否有安裝任何非Vive周邊的軟硬體連結至您的電腦呢？
  • 請您產出Steam System Report
    A.在您啟動Steam VR後，螢幕右下方的SteamVR選單點選 "SteamVR"字樣（如下圖）
    B.點選建立系統報告，另存新檔
    C.將建立的 Steam System Report上傳至雲端
    D.將檔案的雲端連結回覆在此討論串下方或是點選我的頭像下方的信箱圖示私訊給我們


  • 請您到您安裝Steam目錄底下找到logs資料夾，
    一般來說你可以在    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\找到，請將此資料夾如下圖打包成zip壓縮檔，
    並同樣的上傳到雲端後取得連    結回覆在此討論串下方或是點選我的頭像下方的信箱圖示私訊給我們

之前我也有類似情況
解決方式好像是
CPU超頻不要超太高
在BIOS 關閉INTEL 虛擬化技術 選項
試試看吧！
