標題: 由於VIVE商品瑕疵，要求退款，已經一個月錢還沒入款
我8月19號左右辦理退款，中間有打給客服詢問退款進度，客服回復會盡快處理，現在已經一個多月了，想請問到底還要拖多久?以及HTC如何計算延後欠繳產生的利息?

我是用匯款得方式購買HTC的VR產品，在7月9號還是10號(有點忘了)收到VR眼鏡，因為定位器有問題無法通電，要求換貨，然後新寄來的VR又遇到一樣的瑕疵，所以我又一次辦理換貨。然後我就被放生苦苦等了1個多月，實在受不

，於是我在8月19號辦理退貨要求退款，所有手續都辦妥了，

現在又過了一個多月了，打給客服，客服只會敷衍了事，頻頻說會盡快幫我處理，

請問大家如果遇到這種情形，能不能向消保局申訴呢?

I completely understand your frustration. I also applied for a refund recently, and like you, I was told it would be processed as soon as possible. It's been quite some time since my request, and I'm still waiting for updates for gepco online bill . Has anyone received their refund yet? If so, how long did it take? Additionally, I'm curious about how HTC calculates deferred payments. Are there any interest charges we should be aware of . Let's Hope We can get some clarity on this soon!
