標題: u11相機問題
現在拍照有兩個狀況：

一) 相機經常閃退，但也有開到的時候(出現問題(二))，在安全模式下開到過，但我怎知自己是哪個第三方app出問題呢？

二) 相機畫像朦朧：

正常距離會這樣，就算用pro相機對焦也沒有解決

很近目標物去拍照才對焦到，微距才可以清晰拍攝

請問是哪裡出了問題呢？THANKS

建議您可以先將不常用的APP停用或刪除，以確認情況是否有改善，如果情況依然存在，那可能就需要由HTC客服為您做進一步的說明~

1. 您的手機軟體版本號碼為何？是否已經更新至最新版本？
2. 發生問題的步驟和頻率？是最近才發生的嗎？點選中間拍攝物體是否會進行對焦？
3. 將手機進入安全模式（長按電源鍵→長按關機鍵→點選進入安全模式）→確認手機是否還有問題產生？
4. 設定→應用程式和通知→查看全部應用程式→尋找您有問題的app→點選「相機」→點選「清除快取」「清除儲存空間」
完成後重新啟動，確認是否還有問題產生
5. 建議您可以備份您的手機，將您的手機進行恢復原廠設定，來確認您的手機是否還有問題產生？
6. 若仍然未能排除問題，建議您可以攜帶您的手機至HTC客服中心，或聯繫HTC客服專線0809 090 166，將手機送回檢測/維修

1. 您的手機軟體版本號碼為何？是否已經更新至最新版本？
軟件號碼：3.35.400.1 , android 9, 沒有可以再更新

2. 發生問題的步驟和頻率？是最近才發生的嗎？點選中間拍攝物體是否會進行對焦？
不在安全模式下，10次只有1次會成功開到相機而不彈走；大概上年十一月發生，點選中間時不能對焦

3. 將手機進入安全模式（長按電源鍵→長按關機鍵→點選進入安全模式）→確認手機是否還有問題產生？
安全模式時，5次只有1,2次會開不到相機，幾乎都開到，但畫面不對焦的問題沒解決

4. 設定→應用程式和通知→查看全部應用程式→尋找您有問題的app→點選「相機」→點選「清除快取」「清除儲存空間」
完成後重新啟動，確認是否還有問題產生
5. 建議您可以備份您的手機，將您的手機進行恢復原廠設定，來確認您的手機是否還有問題產生？
4和5的方法都試過，但未能決解問題
