標題: VIVE Cosmos USB偵測不到 [打印本頁]

標題: VIVE Cosmos USB偵測不到
6/7號到貨,安裝一直無法抓偵測到USB連結,換過5個插槽(2.0、3.0)都一樣,USB驅動都是最新的了,有試過把驅動重新安裝還是無效,displayport的連接沒問題,顯示器亮紅燈,無畫面也沒聲音,已經重新安裝幾次了,都是一樣的情況。有人遇到一樣的問題嗎?

經過客服送修流程後,6/18修妥送回,報告單也說檢測沒問題,沒想到程式全重新安裝一遍,還是一樣的問題沒改善....

在其它論壇上也有類似的情況. 你可以試試看他們的方法, 看能不能解決.
1. 將Cosmos接上電腦.
2. 移除SteamVR, VIVE Software, VIVEPort.
3. 再次下載Cosmos安裝檔, 照著上面的指示再安裝一次. (讓Cosmos一直都連在PC上, 不要插拔).
如果還是不行, 就利用VIVE控制台回報問題.

6/30抱著最後一絲希望,重新下載了一次(包含3個VIVE程式和STEAM VR), https://www.vive.com/tw/setup/ 發現這次版本有更新,第一次一樣抓不到USB,電源接著然後把串接盒和顯示器端的接頭拔掉再重插,居然意外地抓到了,之後提示更新韌體後,到目前使用都正常...太感動了
