標題: 打造VR創新翻轉教室 HTC VIVE與中臺科技大學全力培育醫護人才

奠定台灣科技創新，從培育人才做起！持續投資台灣XR人才永續發展的全球智慧型手機與虛擬實境創新設計領導者HTC，今（21）日與培育社會所需具「技術專業、人文關懷」之健康產業專業人才為目標的中臺科技大學共同宣部高等教育深耕計畫，未來將一同落實創新教學及學習方式，培育台灣專業醫護人才，堅實技術基礎。

中臺科技大學與HTC自2017年合作導入VR解剖教學、2018年成立全台首創VR自學中心，提供學生多元彈性的學習自主空間、於學習中提出反思，並動手解決問題的科學素養，此自學中心締造了學生借用率滿載的實績。今年更進一步深化合作、成立「VR未來教室」，教室內一共建置20組VR頭盔，讓師生可以同時進入虛擬空間進行教學活動，導入VR教案開發相關課程與計畫，包括VR教材開發工作坊、VR教案開發平台－Virti，以及醫學模擬情境教學－3D Organon人體解剖教學與遠端協作和會議平台－「VIVE Sync」等應用，讓VR在醫學教育培訓中發揮最佳的協助，透過與真實環境臨場感結合與重複性練習，大幅提高學習效率及專業度。

此次HTC協助中臺科技大學導入的「VR教案開發平台－Virti」，受到英國國民保健署（National Health Service；又稱NHS）的教學肯定之外，更應用於美國領先的非營利性醫院Cedars-Sinai醫學中心對抗COVID-19疫情時，進行個人防護裝置的穿戴訓練中，同時也登上紐約時代廣場Nasdaq Tower致謝Virti，以VR對抗疫情的傑出貢獻（更榮獲Fast Company評選為2021最創新教育公司）。

HTC企業解決方案李文材副總經理表示：「VR在數位學習里程碑上扮演了非常重要的角色，將過去平面學習的方式提升至猶如置身在真實醫療環境中進行重複演練訓練，大幅提升學生的專注度及學習成效。而結合遠端協作和會議平台－VIVE Sync，可讓學生及老師打破空間限制，進行簡報及匯入3D立體模型互動，達到遠距協作與溝通學習能力最佳化，將會推動下一波卓越教學文化。」

中臺科技大學陳錦杏校長表示：「面對未來急遽增加的知識量及相關職場訓練，VR將引領教育邁向劃時代的突破，可以加速培育新世代優質人才及提升學生學習成效。我們將持續投資創新科技及教學應用，更結合創新的醫學教學資源及國內外跨校合作專案計畫，對國家專業醫護人才培育做出更長遠的規劃」。

榮獲全國SUPER教師大專組首獎的中臺科技大學教學發展中心陳韋陸主任分享成功經驗時提到：「成功導入VR翻轉教學有三大不可或缺的關鍵，包括良好VR設備及應用、創新教學教師及持續推動融入教學的參與式學習方法。VR教材開發工作坊讓學生實際參與教材的開發，討論如何運用『VR教案開發平台－Virti』製作更好的學習教材，讓學生更加瞭解相關的知識及原理與發揮想像力，進一步激發學習創造力。」
