感想：怎麼感覺高通在搞自爆，讓跟隨他的廠商都遭殃。只剩四核心，這會不會太扯？到最後只剩下聯發科靠譜。希望傳言不是真的。

You are probably familiar with the issuessurrounding the Snapdragon 810 by now, but a new chip is right around the corner that could get Qualcomm back on track. I speak of course of the fabled Snapdragon 820 (MSM8996). Details of this chip have allegedly been leaked in China, and while we can't know for sure that they're accurate, the slides sure look legit.[/url]This will be the first chip using Qualcomm's new custom ARM core, apparently called Hydra now. The leaked slides claim a 35% performance increase over the Cortex-A57 ARM reference core. This will be a quad-core chip rather than an octa-core big.LITTLE affair like the Snapdragon 810. On the GPU side, Qualcomm is stepping up to the Adreno 530, and claims a 40% improvement in performance and 30% efficiency boost.[url=http://www.androidpolice.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/nexus2cee_sd-820-03.jpg]The Snapdragon 820 will be based on a 14nm manufacturing process (810 was 20nm), which should help reduce heat at higher clock speeds. The change to custom CPU cores should also improve matters. It will also support cameras up to 28MP with a programmable DSP, low-power sensors, and LPDDR4 memory. The chip is targeted for release to OEMs at the end of 2015, but don't expect it to show up in any phones until early 2016.Source: G for Games

你看一下蘋果A8，只有雙核，但單一核心的效率極高，高通 S810單核跑分大約1400多，三星Exynos 7420約1600~1700，A8至少1900。
如果S820只有四核，但大幅提升單核效率，也不見得會輸八核，搞不好功耗更低。

你說的沒錯，就算是八核心又怎樣，還不是頓的要死。原因是大小核心不斷的切換。造成時間的延遲。再者聯發只追求cpu的跑分。對於圖像處理，以及射頻整合是很弱的。這樣對於載波聚合就很不利。高通的820已經可以聚合到450的cat.10。聯發科只能到4之後會到6。這樣對網路連線很要求的人就會選擇高通了。

請翻譯成中文，再說m9+使用八核心也不是用四個A57+四個A53組成，而只是八個A53組成大小核(使用ARM公版)，這樣有高級到哪去嗎？不要執著在一定要八核心，用ARM公版是有陷阱的，高通的強項是自主核心，因為高通會將各核的輸出整合切換以及對電壓的省電控制有一定優勢。再者GPU，DSP，lSP，RF360，以及wifi，高通在wifi也有很強的整合舉例來說wifi的802.11.AC在高通的晶片上它可多部連結，而其它晶片只能同一時間一台。要看很多的細節的地方，不是單看幾核就有優勢的，那樣太狹窄了。

四核已經非常夠用了 !!
試問 , 有幾個人把手機拿來當"電腦"用 , 幾乎沒有吧

幾核幾核跟電不電腦用也沒什麼關係，桌機的core i7 雙核版本還不是大勝i3 4核?
重點在於單核心的運作效率跟製程
