標題: u11 影片經whatsapp 傳送後對方聲畫不同步或聲音變成沙沙聲

u11 拍攝影片，無論是否高4k，HD

經 whatsapp 傳送後，無論是 Android 或者 iphone 收到後均會聲畫不同步畫面比聲音快

在拍攝時關閉3D收音後，對方收到影片均會聲音變成沙沙聲

經常需要拍片傳給別人，現在非常痛苦，怎麼解決呢？



(p.s. 以上影片在upload 上youtube均不會有問題)

(p.p.s. 我在瀏覽網上影片時是不會有聲畫不同步的問題)

只有用Whatapp傳會這樣嗎如果內建的撥放器播放正常
或是其他APP傳過去也正常
感覺比較像是Whatapp的問題耶
建議可以向他們反映看看
另外也建議樓主可以補充多一點手機資訊

其實若要社交軟體拍攝並網路分享，用一般FHD就好，也不用特別選Hi-RES，因為還要特別處理聲音轉檔，一般通訊軟體會為了減少傳輸量，將影像與聲音分開處理壓縮，

到接收端合併顯示，所以容易出現影像與聲音不同步，這是該APP通訊軟體問題，只能反映給該APP開發商。
除非你是錄影當下，自己用手機播放錄影就有不同步問題，才有可能是手機問題。
