標題: VR教你當個好主管？史丹佛與巴塞隆納大學最新研究方向
大家好，我東尼啦！相信無論是擁有主管，或是自己正在當主管的朋友們，可能偶爾都會在職場行為表現有所疑問，欠缺練習與應對經驗時，常常也沒有更好的解決辦法。隨著VR在研究人的心理表現與多重體驗上的應用增加，美國的史丹佛大學與西班牙的巴塞隆納大學也希望運用科技，在人與人的相處上找到突破與練習的可能性。
（像是開發機構Somewhere Else的VR工具，能夠讓使用者隨時轉換體驗角度，體會不同感受）
外國最新行為研究機構發現，如何幫助員工自主轉型成能夠圓融溝通、互相協作且自我主導的領導者，往往是今日企業機構持續轉型茁壯的關鍵。而更多公司逐漸發現，如何讓員工「軟性技能」等溝通能力的培養，是未來面對複雜工作問題的重要關鍵。
因此如巴塞隆納大學與史丹佛大學的虛擬人類互動實驗室（Virtual Human Interaction Lab）都正投入VR技術來試圖幫助使用者創造正向的互動習慣改變，像是職場上的潛在種族歧視心態影響，幫助互助的合作意願，甚至包含到減少家庭暴力可能性等用途。主要的方式，則是透過VR的沉浸功能，讓使用者體會到互動事件中不同人的角度感受。
這些體驗也可以拿來做職場的練習，像是經理主管嘗試給表現不佳的員工訓話，CEO向董事會提出新方案，或是女性員工在男性多數的會議中表達意見等，都是廣泛希望以VR幫助人們提升自己溝通能力的常見案例。

雖然東尼我覺得交朋友的話...還是要真的出去跟別人聊天才行，也許未來我們學校會有VR課程，幫助我們在人際互動上能夠獲得充分的練習，不管是在單純人際互動，或是在職場應對上。看見國外朋友也對這個議題感興趣，其實還蠻好玩的XD
