請問我的HTC U20 5G手機的5G NR傳輸接續有問題嗎?

請問，我使用HTC U20 5G及中華電信門號，在去年(2020年)9月剛買時都還能用speedtest測到5G的速率。在那之後到現在，只要出現5G的logo我馬上再測速，logo就會到4G+。且我在有5G logo出現時開APP就會一直轉圈卡住不動，但若只在4G/4G+的logo下操作就正常。不知手機的5G NR傳輸接續有問題嗎?
