請 HTC 向 Netflix 釐清 U12+ Widevine Security Level 是否支援 HD 播放?

U12+ 在 Netflix app 中顯示 Widevine DRM 的 Security Level 是 L3 因此不支援 HD 高畫質播放
但是在一些第三方的裝置資訊軟體, 如 DRM Info 或是 DevCheck 等, 是顯示 Security level L1


可否請 HTC 向廣大的 U12+ 與 Netflix 愛用者說明當中的問題
連 HTC U11+ 都支援 HD 播放, 更新的 2k HDR 的旗艦機 U12+ 竟然只能看 SD 畫質
如果 HTC 確實是 L1, 請 HTC 主動與 Netflix 溝通並解決為什麼其 app 判斷為 L3


如果確定 U12+ 本身不是完全相容 L1, 那請官方說明是否有計畫更新並支援?
(這部分Widevine是免費開放給手機開發商的)


如果有機會更新軟體, 是否連之前拍照存SD卡照片90度顛倒的問題一併解決

官方一直不處理Netflix U12+這個問題已經有段時間了，真的讓人白眼到極點，我從m9一直用到u12+一直都很支持HTC.但這個問題遲遲不解決，讓我下定決心不在用HTC.不知道工程師到底都在幹嘛的.反應都無回應

一樣發現netflix有部份的影片不知道為什麼htc u12+無法觀看，是有聲黑影。原以為是權限限制，因為部份影片可能暴力。但是發現另支手機同帳號沒問題。

相反的htc u12+縮小畫面反而能看，或是瞬間跳出來時。大畫面反而看得到。

試著將子母畫面功能關了，再返回大畫面就可看到了。

看來是真的htc相容性的問題，而且我看問題好像很久了！卻一直沒有改善……

HTC, could you please clarify the Netflix playback capabilities on the U12+? Currently, the Netflix app shows that the U12+ has Widevine DRM Security Level L3, limiting it to standard definition. However, third-party device information apps, such as DRM Info or DevCheck, show the U12+ as having Security Level L1, which would typically allow HD playback.

The HTC U11+ supports HD playback, yet the U12+—an updated, 2K HDR-capable device—appears restricted to SD quality in Netflix. If the U12+ indeed meets L1 specifications, could HTC work with Netflix to address why its app shows L3? Additionally, if there are any compatibility issues with L1, is there a plan to release an update to enable HD playback on the U12+?

It would be helpful if HTC could also address existing issues such as rotated photos when saving to SD. An update fixing both concerns would enhance the user experience and meet the device’s high-performance expectations.
